Mitch has followed the philosophy that power perceived is power achieved for over 30 years as he coached thousands of athletes of all ages to attain their fullest potential. Mitch is the Co-Founder of the Adaptive Performance Center, a non-profit fitness facility dedicated to veterans and active military personnel with the mission of eliminating the veteran suicide rate through the use of physical fitness and recreating community. Mitch has trained swimmers who have gone on to reach championship status at State, Regional and National levels. Mitch has the ability to see the importance of training each individual physically and psychologically in order to achieve the greatest results. After a devastating car accident that lead to brain surgery, Mitch was able to use strength training, exercise and his knowledge of human physiology and performance to help him rehabilitate and regain his strength and health. He fully understands what it takes to start from the beginning. Mitch is fun, enthusiastic and dedicated to the success of each person he trains.

She is the Co-Founder of the Adaptive Performance Center, a non-profit fitness facility dedicated to veterans and active military personnel with the mission of eliminating the veteran suicide rate through the use of physical fitness and recreating community. Karen is very passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities develop a desire to move their body and embrace health. Karen started her fitness journey later in life than most and recognizes the importance of patience and determination along with proper form and technique at all times for optimum success. With decades of experience in mental health, she can also help people overcome the mental and emotional issues that often interfere with success. Karen was a military wife for 22 years and with her clinical background often provided suicide prevention and anger management training to the Naval Reserve Unit in Billings, MT. Karen is enthusiastic, energetic, and loves to see what people of all ages can achieve when given guidance, support and encouragement to overcome life obstacles and achieve fulfillment.
